Delivery and Returns


Festive Season Delivery
To receive your gifts in time for December the 24th, please make sure you place your order by December 14th for all international deliveries, and by 2pm on December 21st for UK next day delivery.

Please be aware that over the festive period we will endeavour to do our best to ensure your delivery reaches you within our normal guidelines, however Ally Capellino is not responsible for delays which may be caused by the high volume of parcels being transported by couriers over both December. Due to closures and a high volume of orders at our warehouse please allow 10 days for shipping of orders placed in the first 2 weeks of January.
By the way, over the festive season, we will be extending the amount of time you have to exchange or return anything that’s not quite right… From 16th November to 21st December 2015, items bought online can be returned until 21st January 2016. Reduced items are excluded from this extended policy and must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
UK Standard Delivery - FREE
In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2 to 5 days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

UK Next Day Delivery - £12
This is charged at £12 and is available for UK orders only. All orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be despatched on the following Monday. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. For all delivery options three attempts will be made as a signature is always required. Two calling cards will be left and on the third attempt a held at depot note left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days.

International Delivery – FREE on orders over £350
We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations, and if your order is over the value of £350 it will be free of charge. If your order is below £350, the packing and delivery cost will be confirmed before completing your order. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. Any items that are refused by customs for any reasons will be returned to us and a refund of your order processed.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept payment from Russian cardholders or delivery addresses within Russia. You can find a full list of Ally Capellino stockists here.

Full priced goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch, and all sale items must be returned within 7 days from delivery of the goods. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact, along with the original dispatch note supplied with your delivery.
We also request that you please fill out and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.
You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags must be included with your return.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. We will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
