To the UK
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order.
UK Express delivery
This costs more and is available for UK orders only. All orders need to be placed before 11am for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 11am will be despatched on the following Monday. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order.
We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on destination. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting us on +44 (0) 207 613 3073. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund to:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact. We request that you please enclose the invoice supplied with your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your Ally Capellino bag, however if there is a problem or a fault, please email photo's of the whole bag as well as the detail of the repair/fault to firstname.lastname@example.org The original proof of purchase will be required. If your bag can be repaired, you will be contacted by us with a quote for the work and asked if you wish to proceed. The cost will depend on the age of the bag and the nature of the repair.
Although the repair will be carried out to the best of our ability, there may be some colour or leather variation depending on the style and age of the bag and sometimes it will not be possible to repair an older bag.
Please note we will not accept repairs dropped off at the shops without being organised by email first. Please be aware that repairs will take 4-6 weeks from us receiving the bag.
