UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
Shipping charge: £12 or free for orders over £350

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery charges are calculated at check out after shipping address has been inputted.

TAXES & CUSTOMS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery. The final total will be shown after you have entered your shipping address.
Due to recent tariffs, USA customers please be aware that the tax and duties may change the original price considerably and that customs and clearance fees will not be refunded by Ally Capellino in the event of returned goods.
Customs/duties and customs clearance fees are non-refundable even if you return your order, as these fees are paid directly to local customs authorities at check out. We are also unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.
DESPATCH
We despatch from our London shop and aim to despatch all online orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that there may be some delays during peak times such as special collaborations and sales.
RETURNS
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, as so many of our customers have been over the years. However, if something isn't quite right, you may return your item for a refund, provided it is returned unused, with all tags attached, and in its original condition. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

International Returns
International orders should be returned through our Global-e Returns Portal. The portal will provide return instructions and any required customs documentation.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these charges are collected directly by local customs authorities.
If you choose to return your order using a courier outside of the Global-e Returns Portal, your refund may take longer to process as it will need to be handled manually. Any parcels returned without being correctly declared as "Returned Goods" may incur customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. Any such charges incurred by Ally Capellino may be deducted from your refund.

PAYMENT
Ally Capellino accepts payments by credit or debit card, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. The total order sum will be reserved against your credit/debit card or marked as pending on your account until the time of dispatch from our premises.
CONFIRMATION
You will receive an immediate online confirmation after checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Ally Capellino. Please check that all information is correct.
AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to make changes to your order, or if there are any mistakes in your registration, please email shop@allycapellino.co.uk. Our shop is open Mon-Sat 11-6, Sun 12-5 and delivery cut-off time is 1pm so please try to contact before then.

For delivery issues or damaged parcels, contact us within 7 days so we can raise it with our delivery partners before their investigation window closes.
