All orders ship with DHL GO GREEN Climate Neutral service.

We ship on all weekdays, except for Bank Holidays.
Orders taken between Friday PM and Sunday will be shipped during the next working day.

Shipping and duty will be calculated at checkout.
Prices to Europe and Rest of World will be Delivered Duty Paid.
Please note that duties and customs clearance fees are non-refundable even if you return your order, as those fees are paid directly to local customs authorities upon check out.

Baskets of £350 Value and above are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
