This website is operated by Ally Capellino. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ally Capellino. Ally Capellino offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Shopping Online
The Ally Capellino online store only offers products that we have in stock and that are published on www.allycapellino.co.uk.
2. Register
Register for an account to receive a regular news letter, early news of events or offers at Ally Capellino and to have first look at sale goods.
Your personal information is kept securely. Please refer to our privacy policy.
3. Prices
For UK customers prices are in GBP and include VAT. Shipping options are shown at checkout
Outside UK, standard delivery prices are shown in local currency and include any duties or taxes. Other, faster shipping options are available. Please note that the order will not be valid if we cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide.
4. Payment
Ally Capellino accepts payments by credit or debit card, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. The total order sum will be reserved against your credit/debit card or marked as pending on your account until the time of dispatch from our premises.
5. Confirmation
You will receive an immediate online confirmation after checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Ally Capellino. Please check that all information is correct.
6. Changes to your order
If you wish to make changes to your order, or if there are any mistakes in your registration, please email shop@allycapellino.co.uk. Our shop is open Mon-Sat 11-6, Sun 12-5 and delivery cut-off time is 1pm so please try to contact before then.
7. Despatch
We despatch from our London shop and aim to despatch all online orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that there may be some delays during peak times such as special collaborations and sales.
8. Delivery
The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the customer has registered or specified and goods are signed for unless the buyer has opted out of signing. After receiving please check the condition of the parcel and alert us and the carrier if there is damage.
9. Returns
We hope that you will be as happy with your purchases as so many others have been over the years, but we understand that some things don’t suit.
If you have bought either in the shop or from the website and you are not happy with the product in any way then you may return it, so long as it is still ticketed, packaged carefully and has no sign of being used. Please return within 14 days for a full refund. You can download a returns form here.
For gifts purchased between 13 Nov and 23 Dec, we have an extended return period until 9 Jan 2026. Please note that our store will be closed from 24 Dec – 2 Jan so any returns sent back to us will be processed from 3 Jan onwards.
Please note that for our international customers, customs/duties and customs clearance fees are non-refundable even if you return your order, as these fees are paid directly to local customs authorities at check out.
10. Guarantee
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 year of purchase. Please return them with order number for a full refund. This does not include heavy wear and tear.
11. Variations in Leather and Fabrics
Colours are shown as accurately as possible, but may vary on different web browsers or monitors. Leathers used are generally Italian veg-tan with as little coating as possible. This means that there may be occasional slight scarring visible on the surface. Some veg tanned colours are a bit less stable in constant exposure to light and may start to show as browner than the original colour.
Likewise, waxed cottons have a tendency to fade with constant exposure to light and if this is a problem for you then please steer away from this material. Take note of care instructions for each fabric.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by British/English laws. Ally Capellino may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment.
13. Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyrights at allycapellino.com and allycapellino.co.uk remain with Capellino Design Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
