Ally Capellino X Tate
The galleries at Tate have been inspiration for the AC team on many occasions and this collaboration celebrates a long term friendship.
In 2004, Ally Capellino launched a new collection of bags and other items that might be useful to an artist. Aspiring artists of all ages took to it in many creative ways and, with only a few changes in line up and a couple of new colours it has run for over 15 years.
2019 sees a completely new collection. It still bears all the hallmarks of Ally Capellino, with simple design and with function at the core. But now the colour is bolder in grey or mustard yellow, with contrast webbing and red trimmed zips pulls. The fabric is a tactile nylon ripstop and the treatment and make up of the bags is sporty and relaxed.
