Leila Plus

Leila is our practical, well-loved crossbody bag, now offered in a size between Medium and Large. Neat and secure, it zips closed with room for an umbrella, book, purse, and water bottle. A top handle makes it easy to grab, while a slip pocket and inner zip pocket keep essentials organised. The adjustable, removable Italian bridle leather strap is built to last. Unlined and honest in its simplicity, Leila Plus ages beautifully over time.

Brick

A muted brick-orange leather paired with saddle-brown fittings, including the removable crossbody strap, top handle, and zip pulls. Made in our Calvert leather — a special vegetable-tanned Italian leather washed to create a unique, grainy surface. Each bag is highly individual. Straightforward and enduring, Calvert leather bags are unlined wherever possible, simple in design, and age with dignity.

Care

Store in a protective bag and away from other leathers to prevent discolouration. Our naturally finished leathers age beautifully and may transfer at first, especially in warm weather. To reduce this, rub gently with a soft cloth before wearing and avoid light fabrics until the leather settles. Strong and resilient, the leather will develop a unique patina—use a little hide food or polish to keep it supple.
