Harry is a neat little backpack from our 'Waste You Want' series. With a chunky zip top opening, it fits a 13" laptop in the internal sleeve. Made from surplus fabric, including end-of-line materials that might otherwise go to waste, this little guy is finished with touches of veg tan leather.

Care

This waxed cotton has a slightly heavier wax finish, giving it a warm sheen, deeper colour, and smoother touch. Originally developed for mariners in the 15th century, this traditional British water-resistant fabric can’t be washed or dry-cleaned—just sponge gently with a damp, soap-free cloth, dry fully in a cool airy place, and never store damp. Reproof with wax dressing to keep it waterproof.

With time, the wax will soften and the colour will lighten, especially in sun-exposed areas. Likewise, patina and fading can occur on the Italian bridle leather fittings, developed from the sun and natural oils of our fingers. This is a feature that the Ally Capellino community love, they see the journey as a joint affair. Ageing together.
