Our new Steel colourway combines deep navy-grey waxed cotton with dark brown bridle leather and a flash of yellow at the zip and embroidered AC logo. Inspired by city streets and industrial tones, it’s strong, adaptable, and quietly stylish. The rich waxed cotton fabric shifts between dark grey and navy depending on the light, giving Steel its unique depth and edge—from the daily commute to weekends away.

Jeremy Large Waxed Cotton Satchel

Jeremy Large is a messenger bag for all walks of life—hat, tie, beard, or none at all; liberal, socialist, capitalist, or somewhere in between. All genders welcome.

It’s a roomy, unstructured crossbody bag with a padded inner pocket for tech up to 16". The traditional Italian bridle leather buckle straps keep everything secure, while the padded webbing strap and back panel take the strain off your shoulder and side.

Perfect for work or college.

Care

Our waxed cotton comes from Halley Stevenson in Dundee, a company with 150 years of expertise. Traditional methods give excellent water resistance, especially in our re-waxable fabrics, while the lighter Hybrid Aero finish is easier to care for and has a dry, non-sticky handle.

Over time, natural fading may occur with exposure to light, giving each bag a softly worn, unique character. For a fade-free option, choose our recycled polyester or nylon bags instead.

Originally developed for mariners, British waxed cotton combines durability with timeless style. The Hybrid Aero finish keeps the look of classic waxed cotton but cleans easily with a damp sponge. Always allow your bag to dry completely before storing, and watch for colour transfer between the leather base and lighter fabrics.
