The LAMP 90 - LONDON PLANE is handcrafted from discarded London plane wood, birch plywood, bamboo offcuts, and locally sourced PET plastic.

An iteration of the Brick Lamp, the LAMP 90 - LONDON PLANE explores structural stability without using a brick. This postmodern design visually separates each element while bonding them with repurposed plastic bottles. It exemplifies Micaella Pedros' distinctive joinery technique, merging innovative design with sustainable materials to create an outstanding, yet low-carbon design.

Designed by the award-wining Micaella Pedros, JOINING BOTTLES is an utterly unique collection of objects crafted from reclaimed wooden offcuts and repurposed plastic bottles, joined using a unique joinery technique. Through the application of heat, plastic bottles are transformed into a wood bonding material, offering a meaningful approach to constructing functional structures.
